IN CHANCERY: DECREE: David Thomas, for himself and other creditors of Thomas Beynon, deceased, plaintiff, and John Thomas, an infant, aged 7 (eldest son and heir of William Thomas, deceased, the late nephew of the said Thomas Beynon, deceased), defendant, regarding the estate of the afore-mentioned Thomas Beynon, deceased.
