4 acres of arable land acquired by (i) from John Baudewyne in Ulneswyke lying admixed between the lands held by Edith Bridel as dower in a place called Le Sevenacres and extending to the east to a ditch next to the close of John de Beauleye and towards the west to a ditch of said Edith.

Witnesses: James Freysel, Richard le Chamberleyngh, Henry de Morthone, John son of Peter le Seriarent, Henry Iue, Alexander le Chapman, Richard Friday.

Feoffment, 01 Mar 1315/16.

4 acres of land in a place called Sevenacres in Monks Risborough.
