Photograph Albums

Scope and Content

A collection of photograph albums containing photographs, photographic cuttings and other memorabilia. The first twelve albums belonged to the family of Charles and May Wilson, long serving missionaries in China from the early twentieth century until their internment by the Japanese during the Second World War. The remaining albums are made up of photographs of India, Zambia, Luanza and Angola in Africa, an album of professionally produced images of Echoes of Service missionaries, and historic cuttings of people and places.
