Incomplete draft of report titled 'Arrangements for neurosurgery in Britain as they existed in June 1939'. This report was possibly the result of survey work done by Jefferson for the Ministry of Health. It describes the facilities for neurosurgery at the National Hospital, Queen's Square and at Maida Vale Hospital for Nervous Diseases. Unfortunately the document is incomplete and the complete survey is unavailable (it was probably not published).
