This series contains correspondence, memoranda and minutes of meetings of the Property Board and London Transport Pension Fund Trustees Limited relating to the development of Underground stations and extensions of lines including project expenditure requisitions, staff housing, pensions, investment proposals, rent reviews and land valuations. Also includes a code of practice for fire safety of materials used in the Underground and a list of fire tested materials.
