EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: William Thomas, Joseph Williams, Edward Owen all of Holyhead and Owen Jones, Margaret Jones, both of Rhoscolyn in the case v. Samuel Jones and Catherine Jones accused of stealing 3 dead rabbits, property of the honourable William Owen Stanley.

Attached:1. Statement of Accused: all three consent to summary trial. S.J. and C.J. through their attorney 'We bought the rabbits from one William Parry'. J.J.; 'I first saw the rabbits at the station and knew nothing of them. I was persuaded to tell lies about them to screen other people.
