(iii) Charles, Duke of Somerset, knight of the Order of the Garter and one of the Privy Council, John, Duke of Roxborough, Knight of the Order of the Garter and one of the Privy Council, Thomas, Lord Malton, Baron Malton, K.B., William, Lord Viscount Bateman of the Kingdom of Ireland, K.B., Hon. Rev. Edward Finch, clerk, Prebend of York and rector of Eyam, co. Derby, Sir Thomas Hanmer of Hanmer, co. Flint, Baronet, and Richard Mostyn of Penbedw, co. Denbigh, esq.

Flint, and in Llangollen and Bodfari, co. Denbigh, the capital messuages of Tre Castell Hall, co. Anglesey and Gloddaeth, co. Caernarvon, and the manors of Beeston, Peckforton, Spurstow, Great Neston, Thornton Hough, Leighton and Bunbury with messuages and lands in co. Chester, to hold to uses (specified); release by (ii) to (vii) of the manor of Marks Barn in the parishes of Braintree and Bocking, co. Essex with lands (named) and a messuage called the Kings Head Inn in Wickford, co. Essex with £850 in South Sea Bonds and £1600 in East India Bonds, to hold to uses (specified).

Consideration: marriage of Thomas Mostyn, the son and (ii), and £20,000 to Sir Roger Mostyn.
