(i) David Jones Gwynne of Talliaris, co. Carmarthen, esq., eldest surviving son of Richard Jones Gwynne of Talliaris, esq., deceased, by Anne, his wife, now his widow, sister and heir of Sir John Rudd, late of Carmarthen, Baronet, deceased.
(ii) William Vaughan of Corsygedol, co. Merioneth, esq., and Catherine Vaughan, his wife, eldest surviving daughter of Hugh Nanney, late of Nanney, co. Merioneth, esq., and sister of Ann Nanney, spinster, deceased, and Anne Nanney Vaughan, spinster, daughter of William Vaughan.
(iii) Evan Vaughan of Corsygedol, esq., Richard Edwards, esq., one of the Masters of the High Court of Chancery, Rev. William Powell of Nanteos, co. Cardigan, clerk, and Gruffydd Price of Cooks Court, co. Middlesex, esq.
(i) in consideration of his intended marriage to Anne Nanney Vaughan, promises to convey to (iii) his property in Carmarthen and elsewhere in co. Carmarthen to the annual value of £500, in trust for Anne Nanney Vaughan. (ii) agrees to raise £4,000 to be his daughter's portion, which she and (i) will assign to (iii) in trust for their children.
Catherine Vaughan appoints to specified uses capital messuage called Dolegwin, messuages called Cessel Dennaint, Rhydygarnedd, Coed Go Mawr and Genfron, with appurtenances in Towin [Towyn / Tywyn], co. Merioneth.
