(a) Collieries of coal, cannel, slack and ironstone on waste ground around Rhewl Pit, Mostyn, land belonging to tenements known as Shop Golch and Caie Gwylltion situate in township of Bychton, parish of Whitford, co. Flint, to (iv).

(b) Policy of Assurance, monies (specified) to (iv).

(c) (i) and (iv) appoint (v) to administer rents, royalties and profits from collieries and lands above.
