Conveyance from (i), (ii) and (iii) to (iv) firstly of the manor and borough of Llanidloes, co. Montgomery, with all rights and appurtenances (messuages and lands named) and secondly of the capital messuage called Glandulas and other messuages and lands (named) in Llanidloes, Llandinam, Llanwnog, Llangerrig, Tre-Eglwys, co. Montgomery, with appurtenances, the former to the use of (iii) and the latter to the use of (v) for 1000 years and then to the use of (i) for ever.
