(i) Edward Lloyd of Pengwern, co. Flint, esq. and Edward Totty, the elder, of Holywell, co. Flint, gent.

(ii) Catherine Jones of Brynsaison, parish of Llanverras [Llanferres], co. Denbigh, spinster, aunt and heir of Edward Jones, late of Llanverras, esq., deceased.

(iii) Edward Ellis of Pengwern, co. Flint, gent.

Assignment from (i) to (iii) at direction of (ii) of several mortgages, freed from power of redemption, of burgage, cottages, lands and appurtenances in Flint, co. Flint, in trust for (i) to attend the inheritance.

Consideration: 5s.

Mortgage in £2000, 15 Feb 1748:

Recited, affecting 'house known by the sign of the Raven and since by the name of the Red Lion.'
