A messuage and lands called Berthlloyd, messuage occupied by Edward Woola, a messuage and lands called Marvridon, a messuage and lands occupied by Margaret Evans, widow, a messuage and lands called the Gorne, a water-course and grist-mill, called Horey vach, all in the townships of Marvodion, Hadynnod and Glynhaveren, in the parish of Llanidloes and further messuages and lands in the township of Caerdowes, and elsewhere in the parishes of Llanwonog and Llandynam, co. Montgomery.
