(iv) The Rt. Hon. George Henry, Earl of Litchfield, and Thomas Archer of the parish of St. Paul, Covent Garden, co. Middlesex, esq.

Conveyance from (i) to (iii) of the site of the dissolved monastery of Bordesley, and the manors of Bordesley, Terdebigg, Riddith, Strech, Bently, Cobley, Totynhall, Courland, and the Grange of Hewell, with all appurtenances, co. Worcester and Warwick and the manor of Northop with all its appurtenances in Northop, Flint, Cilcain, Halkyn, Caerwys, Soughton, Kelsterton, Rhuddlan, co. Flint, manor of Alry, alias Aethry, co. Flint with appurtenances in Bangor, Orton, Worthenbury and Overton, co. Flint, farm called Coushill Farm in Holywell, and 3 ancient messuages and lands there, and other messuages and lands in Shotton, Llanegryn, Golftyn, Dyserth, Meliden and Mold, co. Flint, upon trust for Elizabeth Lewis and her heirs.

Consideration: marriage of (i) and Elizabeth Lewis, and £15,000.
