(ii) Sir James Whitelocke, Chief Justice of Chester.

(iii) Sir Humphrey May, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Sir John Wynne of Gwydir, co. Caernarvon, Baronet, Henry Bulstrode of Hedgley Bulstrodes, co. Buckingham, esq., Humphrey Dymocke of Willington, co. Flint, esq., Peter Pennant of Bychton, co. Flint, esq., and William Mostyn of Grange, co. Flint, gent.

Feoffment by (i) to (iii) of the manor of Mostyn with mines of coal called pit-coal, sea-coal and stone-coal, quarries of stone and woods belonging, to hold to used (specified).

Consideration: marriage of Thomas Mostyn, esq., son and heir apparent of (i), and Elizabeth his wife, and £2,500 to be paid by (ii) for her preferment.
