The minute books were received in three stages: the first two volumes were deposited in June 1964 (accession 511), the second two came on permanent loan in May 1983 (accession 2128), and the most recent one was deposited in January 1995 (accession 3914). Further records were deposited as Acc 4999 in June 2002.
