To son, John Style and his heirs: house in Banbury where John Nicholls lives; to wife, Mary: house where brother lives in Sheep Street, Banbury for her life, then to son, John and his heirs on trust for sale and to divide money equally between my 3 younger children, Mary, Elizabeth and Harry. Harry shall be kept at Oxford University at the charges of my executor. To daughters, Mary and Elizabeth: £150 each payable within 1½ years of my death. Interest from the Widow and Orphans Society shall be paid to wife and 4 children equally Wife and son, John shall be executors.
