And all the other premises of (1) in Banbury which were conveyed to use of Mary Fox; and all premises in Banbury in which Lucy Fox late of St. Peters the Great, Worcester, spinster had any reversionary interest and which she devised to Mary Wykham by her will dated 27 June 1766.
