24 letters from Rodin to John Lavery, a draft copy of Rodin's speech after his election as President of the International Society, one letter to Rodin from John Lavery, one from Rodin to William Whyte and one to Rodin from Eugene Morand, Ministry of Fine Art & Culture, France. Topics covered include Rodin's election as President of the International Society, new propositions and exhibitions for the society, a Whistler exhibition, etiquette at their banquets and openings and the success of the Society. TGA 7245/78-93,97 and 100-102 were probably written by Rodin's secretary.
