Declaration by Watkin Powell of Ystradyfodwg, yeoman, that he wrote down the will of Rees Davies of Cadoxton-juxta-Neath, widower, at Davies' direction, wherein Davies' son Thomas Rees was his sole beneficiary and executor, and declaration by Hopkin Morgan of Neath, shoemaker, Morgan Thomas of Neath, labourer and Thomas Rees otherwise Davies og Cadoxton-juxta-Neath, yeoman, that they witnessed the reading of the will to Rees Davies before he died, but that the will was never seen again. 16 June and 13 Aug 1768D/D RE 1/263
