Relating to the Clydebank stability analysis report for John Brown Engineering (Offshore) Ltd. The original brief was given to A.P. With the agreement of John Brown Engineering, Frank Saynor and Associates assumed responsibility for the report and continued to retain Rowe in an advisory capacity.
