Client: Kilroe Civil Engineering Ltd.

Relating to the sewerage scheme for Lytham St. Anne's, Lancashire for North West Water. This included the replacement of two sewers at Clifton Drive / St Anne's Road and Smithy Lane / Heyhouses Lane. Rowe gave advice to Kilroe Civil Engineering regarding the existing ground conditions and then advised on the problems of formation heave and settlement.
