Manuscript notes, three sheets. No venue or date given, possibly speech on behalf of a deputation from the NUWSS. At the top: 'Representative character of the deputation. Mentions NUWSS and then introduces Countess Brassey, Miss Eleanor Rathbone, Mrs Arnot (?) Robinson, and Miss Mary Richmond, of Wellington, New Zealand. The work of women is an essential part of the organisation for war. Attached to the first sheet is a press cutting from the Manchester Guardian, part of a letter to the Editor, dated 29 Jul 1916, 'Women, Registration and Franchise', possibly by MGF. A second small cutting is attached to p.2.
