Property: a messuage or dwelling-house in Carrington known by the sign of the Windmill [public house], with the stable, loom-house, and 2 gardens adjoining, now in the occupation of William Robinson as tenant.

Term: 7 years.

Rent: £24, payable on 1 July.

Clauses: lessee is to keep watch and ward, work in the highways, and serve all offices respecting the premises; lessee is to provide for the miller of Carrington and his family a suitable dwelling-house in Carrington.
