Bradshaw for the use of Bridgewater Canal vessels to transport troops and supplies (/6-8 & /10); correspondence re arrangements for balloting for the Army of Reserve (/11, /14, /17-19, /26-28); papers re conditions of service for volunteer infantry corps (/12-13 & /29); a list of volunteer corps in Cheshire, with additions by George Harry Grey (1737-1819), 5th Earl of Stamford, (/24-25); and papers concerning the appointments of deputy lieutenants and divisional inspectors (/4-5 & /9).
