The following poems are written by, or addressed to, Harriet Grey: verses by "H.W.", "H.M.W." and "J.E.W." [Harriet White and her brothers Henry Master White (1820-92) and John Edward White (b 1832)], dated 1846 and 1847, written on three sheets; 37-line poem written by J. Ives and dedicated to Harriet Grey on her wedding day, 25 July 1849; poem entitled "A Dream", written in the hand of Harriet Grey, undated; untitled poem, written in the hand of Harriet Grey, first line "Hope! Sweetest daughter of the skies;", undated; poem entitled "The Snow Flake", sent with Mrs Brand's kind regards to Mrs William Grey, undated.

Received from Dunham Massey Hall on 29 June 1990; provenance: 7th drawer down on left labelled "Letters Rev W. Grey, Harriet", cupboard F315 in Chintz Drawing Room.
