Property: a messuage and tenement in Carrington, now in the occupation of George Haslam and Peter Walton as undertenants, and fields and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Croft, the nearer and further Meadows, and the nearer and further Old Crofts (2 a. 2 r. 6 p.).

Lessees are to hold in common, not as joint tenants.

Rent: £2. Heriot: £1 10s. Consideration: £40.

Clauses: i) Lord Stamford reserves the right to retake possession of the property at any time during the residue of the term, for the purpose of enclosing and fencing the premises, and planting with trees or plants; ii) labour service clause added on dorse.
