Items of expenditure include spelling books, copy books, pens, ink, fire money, testaments, bibles, ciphering books and arithmetic books for each named scholar, and schoolmaster's salary and gratuity. Enclosed are 2 bills and corresponding receipts for payment from Mary Dean, draper, for supply of cloth and bedding to Lord Stamford, 13 December 1812.
Attached is a receipt from John Davenport for £57 18s 2d paid by [George Harry Grey (1737-1819), 5th] Earl of Stamford by the hand of Isaac Worthington, 24 November 1812.
