Two copies (/63-64) of a proposal from Vernon Poole for selling the Higher Town Field and chief rents payable out of the Lower Town Field in Altrincham for £3500, and of a proposal from Philip Clarke for selling his garden in Altrincham for £840; also a copy (/65) of the proposal from Vernon Poole with calculations of the value of the land at different prices per square yard.
