Scope and Content

Copy letter from Lord Grey to [Alexander Ogilvie]. Discusses the disbanding of the Mere Troop, King's Regiment of Cheshire Yeomanry Cavalry; at the time it was deemed impractical for any of its former members to serve again. Lord Grey was unaware of A.O.'s sentiments on the subject.
