Letter from Thomas Entwistle, treasurer of the Manchester Infirmary, to Lord Stamford. The board of the Infirmary have directed him to convey their thanks to Lord Stamford for his assistance in obtaining royal patronage. The institution will in future be called the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Dispensary, Lunatic Hospital and Asylum.
