James Heyward alias Deane, husband of Ellen daughter of (1a), is to hold after (1a)'s death Marl Field ("the Marled F."), "the Marled Hey Wood", "the Henors Bank", 1 a. in Sale, "Eye in the New Field", 1 a. lately taken from the waste of Sale Moor, and Ellis Pyggotes Cottage.

Proviso: the holder is to pay an annual rent charge of 3s 4d to (1b).
