Property: (1)'s manor of Dunham Massey, and all messuages, lands etc. in Dunham Massey, Stayley, Bollin [Fee], Dean Row [to. Bollin Fee], Styal [to. Pownall Fee] and Wilmslow; Grotton and Shelderslow [in Springhead pa. Rochdale co. Yorks] ("Grotton Shelderslowe") and Quick [in Saddleworth pa. Rochdale] co. Yorks; and Birmingham co. Warw.

(2) are to hold to the uses declared in the annexed indenture.

(1) appoints Robert Bothe and Robert Assheley as attorneys.
