Property: a messuage and tenement in Heath Street in Warrington, with 1 a. 1 r. of ground on Warrington Heath and 3 r. of land in Arpley, late in the possession of Thomas Kinsley jun of Warrington, with appurtenances.

Rent: 16s 2d.

Consideration: £100.

Clauses: (2) are to supply (1) with an able man in time of war furnished with a musket fit for service, or else pay a contribution.
