Scope and Content

From Messrs Goslings & Sharpe to George Harry Grey (1737-1819), 5th Earl of Stamford. They acknowledge receipt of Lord Stamford's letter of 22 July enclosing an order on Mr [George] Leycester [of Toft esq]. They have transferred £515 from the late Sir Henry Mainwaring to Lord Stamford's account and invested it in reduced annuities.
