Lessees: John Goodier of Morley [to. Pownall Fee] yeo, and William Albiston of Warrington co. Lancs schoolmaster, devisees in trust of James Goodier of Warrington timber merchant dec'd, who was devisee of John Goodier of Dean Row yeo dec'd.

Property: an undivided moiety of 3 cottages or dwelling-houses adjoining Lindow Common in [Pownall Fee pa.] Wilmslow, now in the occupation of Robert Thompson, Joseph Bancroft and Joseph Ridgway as undertenants, and a moiety of crofts or parcels of land thereto belonging at Lindow called the Gardens, the Intack, the Croft and the New Intack (1 a. 31 p.), and a moiety of a parcel of land on Lindow Common (2 r. 35 p.), now in the occupation of William Sumner as undertenant.

Lessees are to hold upon the trusts declared in the will of James Goodier dec'd, dated 11 February 1822.

Rent: 12s 6d. Heriot: 10s. Consideration: £15.

Surrendered lease: to John Goodier dec'd, dated 25 August 1801.
