(1) revokes the trusts imposed on (2) under a settlement dated 17 June 1671 [EGR1/8/5/6 above] for raising £4000 apiece for the portions of Elizabeth and Diana Booth daughters of (1).
(1) declares that (2) are to stand seised in trust to raise £5000 apiece for the portions of Elizabeth and Diana Booth provided that, if they marry within (1)'s lifetime, they do so with his consent. The portions are to be paid within 6 months of (1)'s death if possible.
