Lessees: Charles Hankinson of Hale tanner, and John Crampton of Hale schoolmaster, devisees in trust under the will of John Ridgway of Hale yeo dec'd.

Property: a messuage and tenement in Hale now in the occupation of Martha Ridgway, widow of John Ridgway, and fields and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Sinderland Croft, the Little Sinderland, the Great Sinderland, the Back Door Field, the Two Acres, the Great Brick-kiln Field, the Middle Brick-kiln Field, the Little Brick-kiln Field, the Hills Meadow and the Meadow (12 a. 2 r. 38 p.).

Lessees are to hold upon the trusts declared in the will of John Ridgway dec'd, dated 27 September 1819, subject to a rent charge to James Ridgway for life created in an indenture made between (i) James Ridgway, (ii) John Ridgway dec'd, and (iii) Charles Hankinson, 1 January 1813.
