Endorsed: i) memorandum of consent for George Burgess, eldest son of lessee (now dec'd), to hold a garden in Altrincham called the Dunham Lane Garden alias the Pingot (23 p.), in consideration of the surrender of the Lower Croft and of £1 10s, 8 August 1815; ii) "Out of Lease 1846".
