Letter from Lucy Anne White (1826-52) to her father [Rev Francis Henry White (1781-1864)]. She describes a sea voyage aboard the Rosalie, with information on fellow travellers and incidents aboard ship. [L.A.W. was sailing to Newfoundland to meet her sister Harriet and brother-in-law Rev William Grey; she died shortly after her arrival: see EGR5/2/4/39 below.]
