Letter from [Capt.] J[oseph] Barra [adjutant] to Lord Grey. Provides an estimate for the girdles and cloaks.
Appended is a copy of Lord Grey's reply, dated 26 April. Approves of the pattern for the girdles and agrees to the whole quantity being supplied at one time. The regiment has received permission to assemble at Mere in August, which will annoy the Chester people.
