Lessees: Samuel Goolden of Hale yeo, and William Pass of Altrincham gent, devisees in trust of John Worthington of Ringway to. Hale tanner dec'd.

Property: a messuage and tenement (consisting of 3 dwellings) in Styal called Kelsall's o'th' Yate, now in the occupation of Samuel Greg, John Renshaw, John Bayley and Rev Henry Jones as undertenants, and fields and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Barn Croft, the Near Field at the Door, the Far Field at the Door, the Little Meadow, the Great Meadow, the Thomas Greave, the Marled Field, the Bend Back, the Near Eye, the Fur Eye, the Intake at the side of the Green, the Moss Intake and the Inclosure on Styal Green (15 a. 1 r. 25 p.).

Lessees are to hold upon the trusts declared in the will of John Worthington dec'd, dated 17 June 1813.

Rent: £5. Heriot: £3. Consideration: £100.

Clauses: Lord Stamford reserves the right to retake possession of the property at any time during the residue of the term, for the purpose of enclosing and fencing the premises, and planting with trees or plants.

Surrendered lease: to Goolden and Pass, dated 29 August 1825.
