Ephemera, maps and clippings

This series contains Alan Wace’s collection of maps, newspaper clippings and ephemera material. The maps, of Greece and the Balkans, are mostly produced by Militärgeographisches Institut. Newspaper clippings are mostly taken from the Times and date between 1912 and 1935.

The newspaper clippings arrived at the repository in original order, filed in an alphabetised accordion file with clippings grouped largely alphabetically by their subject matter.
