All the property in the lordship of Deffrencloyd previously held by Llewelyn Seys and afterwards by Morgant le Yonge and which came into (i)'s hands by the forfeiture of Richard ap Madoc ap Llewelyn and Iorwerth ap Morgant le Yonge, rebels against the King.

Rent: 2s. 8d.

Consideration: good and laudable service of (ii).
