The collection consists mostly of minutes, 1862 - 1867, 1874 - 1894, 1885 - 1894, 1895 - 1909, 1910 - 1920. Also, there are accounts and circulars of meetings, 1874 - 1884; treasurersapos; minutes, 1885 - 1909; the response of the churches to the 1909 - 1910 Finance Act; statistics of the churches, 1930 and 1936; the history of the cause in Horeb, Dwygyfylchi, Caernarfonshire post 1923.

Administrative / Biographical History
It was only through the Quarterly Meetings that ministers and members of Independent churches in particular areas were able to meet. Initially, only discussions took place within these meetings, but from the 1830's onwards they acquired more powers to regulate the appointment of ministers. The meetings took place at different chapels within the North Caernarfonshire area.
Arrangement
No apparent system of arrangement. The minutes have been incorporated into the General Collection of Bangor Manuscripts.
