Ink on tracing paper

Plan shows layout of the stand, trishaw, table and chairs and named plants, and separate larger scale plan without identification of plants

Ink inscription at lower right edge, 'International Pavilion. Stand 208. International garden festival. Liverpool '84. Dwg PT 0283.12'

Ink inscription at left edge, 'Plan. Singapore Stand'

Ink annotation at lower left edge, 'International pavilion. May 1st-October 14th 1984. Exhibit consists of a trishaw with displays of fresh orchids and a table with two chairs in a Raffles design. Plant displays concentrate on arrangements of Travellers Palms; Sealing Wax Palm; Fan Palm (Licuala); growing Orchids; cut Orchids – replaced every three weeks'

Dimensions: 31.5 (h) x 41.7 (w) cm

[Temple had responsibility for the International Pavilion at Liverpool, and all the exhibits in it, coordinating with other exhibitors and designing the garden for Singapore himself]

Condition: fair. small tear and creasing at lower right corner. Attached at upper edge to perforated strip
