The file contains legal arbitration documents and correspondence relating to the contract between the South Bank Theatre and Opera House Board [the Client] and Theatre Projects Ltd, including inviting Richard Pilbrow to join the building committee; budget costs and initial estimates for the stage equipment; the proposed sliding scale of charges; ongoing contract negotiations; the tendering process for sub-contractors and who will have ultimate design responsibility; the nomination of Mole-Richardson (Stage & Studio Engineering) Ltd to manufacture and build the drum revolve stage; fee invoices; breakdown and analysis of approved expenditure; queries about the clauses relating to fees in the contract; charges for timework, overtime and travel; the costs of various sub-contracts; national insurance contributions; the withholding of payments from Theatre Projects Consultants Ltd and collections of invoices. RAG/EJ) Arbitration Theatre Projects Consultants Ltd v The South Bank Theatre Board Claimants' Documents' (DH&B probably refers to Denton, Hall & Burgin, solicitors). The original card folder has been disposed of. 'TPC's Papers' was written on the front, and 'Facsimile Machines' was written on the inside right of the folder.
