The file contains Theatre Projects Consultants Ltd correspondence with the clients and various contractors and consultants regarding power flying, including problems with the Lyttelton house curtain; disagreements over Hall Stage Equipment Ltd's fee and whether they are going to complete or refuse to continue; noisy motors; the state of completion of the contracts for sub-contractors Hall Stage Equipment Ltd and Mole Richardson (Stage & Studio Engineering) Ltd; snagging, faults and remedial works; sound tests; the traction wire resetter drive; the poor state of the work and lack of completion of the power flying machinery; the sudden departure of Evershed Power-Optics Ltd's engineer and unauthorised modifications he made; acceptance tests; problems with the control system; the completion and acceptance of Evershed Power-Optics Ltd's systems; failure of the house tabs; replacement of the electronic and control equipment; masking screens; and valuation of the equipment.
