Subjects covered include maintenance of the machinery. The handover schedule, costs of remedial work, the standby system, payments to contractors, reports on progress, disagreements between Mole-Richardson (Stage & Studio Engineering) Ltd and Evershed Power-Optics Ltd, evolution of the specifications, lack of progress and machinery not working, advertising for a chief engineer, ex-gratia payments to contractors, necessary modifications, concerns about press coverage, what operational and maintenance information has been provided, drum cap installation, and completion and acceptance of equipment.
