Custodial History

The artwork was donated to Seven Stories in two separate donations - the first donation, consisting of original artwork for 'Tim in Danger' (EA/02), was donated by Ardizzone's daughter, Christianna Clemence, in 2004; the second donation, consisting of original artwork and dummies for 'Tim and Charlotte' (EA/01), was donated by Ardizzone's daughter-in-law, Antoinetta Ardizzone, in 2007.

Related Material

Two related books, a paperback copy of 'Tim in Danger' (Scholastic, 2002) and a copy of 'Edward Ardizzone: a Bibliographic Commentary' by Brian Alderson (Oak Knoll Press, 2003), were donated by Laura Cecil, literary agent for the Ardizzone Estate, in 2004.
