Administrative / Biographical History

APAC Ltd is an archaeological consultancy firm based in Abergavenny offering archaeological research work to clients in both the public and private sector who need to understand the archaeological requirements of an area of land. The company was established in 2004, promoting the use of electronic topographical field surveys as a prospection method which led to important discoveries and a reassessment of castle studies. APAC has also been involved in the technological advance of digital photogrammetry having been approached to develop its use in British Archaeology. A.P.A.C. Ltd is committed to promoting a wider understanding of the past, reporting results through academic publication, community and educational projects, public talks and displays.
